Ontech Talent Is Now Great Place To Work® Certified
Some certifications are about checking boxes, but this one is different.
Ontech Talent is officially Great Place To Work® Certified — and we didn’t get there by telling people it was a great place to work.
Our employees did that for us.
One hundred percent of them, actually.
What does it mean to be a “Great Places to Work” Certified organization?
Great Place To Work® Certification is earned through an independent employee survey (the Trust Index™) that measures the things that truly matter inside an organization:
- Does leadership communicate openly?
- Do expectations feel clear?
- Do employees feel comfortable asking questions and getting real answers?
It’s a culture benchmark used by millions of employees across the globe, and it doesn’t let you fudge the numbers.
When surveyed, 100% of Ontech Talent employees agreed that:
- Management keeps them informed about important issues and changes.
- Management makes its expectations clear.
- They can ask management any reasonable question and get a straight answer.
- Management is approachable and easy to talk with.
- Management is competent at running the business.
For context, only 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company say they work at a great place. We’re at 100% and we’ve gotten there by making the right choice for our team every day.
That means something to us… not because we needed external validation to know we care about the people who show up here every day, but because it confirms that what we’re building is real.
At Ontech Talent, we talk a lot about relationships: the ones we build with clients, the ones we build with candidates.
But the relationship that makes all of that possible is the one we have with each other.
A Milwaukee Recruiting Firm Built on Relationships
We’re a small team.
We’re Milwaukee-based, but provide recruiting services across the midwest and nationally.
We operate with what we call a White Glove approach. That means we don’t just fill positions, we take the time to understand what success looks like on both sides of the placement.
That level of intentionality starts from the inside out.
And we’re so proud of it!
