With over a decade of experience in staffing and recruiting, Nicole Whitbeck Dohnal, Founder and CEO of Ontech Talent, has built a reputation for doing recruitment the right way. Her focus is on connecting companies across the US with the right talent, and her leadership has been central to Ontech Talent’s growth as a trusted name in talent acquisition.

Nicole’s expertise spans talent acquisition, client relationship management, and contract negotiation. She understands both sides of the table: what companies need to build strong teams and what candidates need to feel genuinely supported through the process.

Outside of work, Nicole serves as a board member of the Lupus Foundation of America’s Wisconsin Chapter and volunteers on patient advocacy boards. In 2023, she launched the Drive Out Lupus Charity Golf Outing at Kettle Hills Golf Course, an annual fundraiser she runs personally to support lupus research and community resources.
